Naturally Fungus-Stained Wooden Earrings | Polar Bears, Maybe? Sure, They're Polar Bears!

These earrings are definitely shaped like Polar Bears. I checked with a guy at the zoo.

They were created using foraged wood that has been naturally stained blue-green by the fungus Chlorociboria. They are unique, following no pattern or template, and are individually hand crafted and sanded to expose the best of the natural coloration. The wood itself is very lightweight, perfect for sensitive ears, and they are hung on sterling silver hardware. Each Chlorociboria Creation comes with a small laminated card explaining the fungus that causes the color.
