Shipment processing time
***Please note that for our Print On Demand Products like mugs, tote bags and journals, shipping times will likely increase***
All orders are processed within 5 business days.
Orders are sent USPS, so customers should not expect delivery on weekends or holidays. In the rare event that an extreme volume of orders is being processed, there may be a delay beyond 5 days of processing. An email will be sent to you explaining the reason behind the delay, as well as the expected length of the delay.

Shipping is not available to all countries. Any delays that are beyond the control of Mushroom Marauder shall not be held against the company.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses have no special instructions or fees.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Shipment confirmation will be sent when stickers have been processed. Tracking numbers will not be provided for products sent through lettermail. Products sent First Class and International will have a tracking number emailed to them once the package has been sent.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Mushroom Marauder is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Customize the following: Mushroom Marauder is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Mushroom Marauder proudly ships to all 54 US States/Territories, as well as Austrailia, Brazil, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
